Holy basil Conditioning Scalp Toner is especially designed for this important purpose and contains a high concentrate of antibacterial plant extracts that help clear-up the scalp of impurities and even light dandruff. DIRECTIONS: After shampooing apply Scalp Toner to towel-dry, damp hair, massage thoroughly until scalp feels energized, comb through and allow to work for 5 minutes. Do NOT rinse and dry without overheating the hair. (In case of oily scalp, do not overly massage scalp.) Hair and scalp deserve the very best.
