For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

Terms of Use Statement
You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

Return Procedure:
We believe you will love our organic products - but if you are not completely satisfied you can return products for refund, replacement or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, the original shipping charges and taxes are not refundable. To make a return you must first request a return authorization number by sending an email via our Contact Us page or by calling us at 1-866-273-4534. Please leave a message if you call after hours and we will return your call to provide you with a return authorization number within 24 hours. Please make sure to indicate your order number if possible, and the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Please make sure to package the items well. We will not be able to honor credits of merchandise that comes back to us damaged. You may want to insure your package. Once you have received your return authorization number, please write it on the outside of the package and call us to obtain the return address to send it to.

Damaged goods/Incorrect shipment:
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please send an email through the Contact Us page or call us at 1-866-273-4534. Please reference your order number and we will provide instructions for returning the item and obtaining a replacement. All items must be reported within the 15 day return policy period. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate your claim should goods be lost in transit. We endeavor to handle all returns within 15 - 20 working days. We cannot guarantee credit without confirmation of delivery.

Exchanges:
Ordered the wrong item? Simply place an order online for the correct item and return any item(s) that you do not want in their original condition following the 'Return Procedure' instructions above. Unfortunately, you will incur the original shipping charges.

Refused Delivery:
If your order is refused upon delivery and returned to us, we will charge a restocking fee of $15 USA plus any return shipping charges. If your order is returned to us because of a mistake in the address that was entered by you, we will have to charge you for the return shipping charges. To ensure proper delivery please make sure you have included your full address, postal code, apartment number, buzzer number and phone number.

Cancelled Orders:
Please be aware that we often process orders the same day they are placed or the next day, so you may not be able to cancel your order after it is placed. If you request to cancel your order and it is boxed and waiting for pick up by the delivery service, you will be refunded the amount of the order less 15% of the product price as a restocking fee.

Method of Credit:
We will credit you via the same method of payment used for the order. Credit card credits usually take several days to show up on your account.
